The Company plan
One company workspace costs A$49 per month or A$490 per year, paid in advance. It includes all current features, unlimited users and projects, and 10 GB of photo storage. Additional companies need separate subscriptions. No setup fee or automatic storage overage charges apply.
Trial and renewal
A verified owner can claim one 14-day introductory trial without a card. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you subscribe, Stripe shows the first charge date and recurring amount before confirmation. Subscribing near the end of a trial can extend the first charge date to meet checkout’s minimum two-day notice.
Cancellation and payment problems
The billing owner can stop renewal through the billing portal. Paid access continues to the end of the paid period. A failed renewal has seven days to resolve payment. After paid access or the grace period ends, read-only access and export remain available for 30 days, followed by account and billing access only.
Your records and responsibilities
Your company is responsible for its account permissions, entered records and appropriate use of the service. Historical costs, ledger entries and audit records are retained. The dashboard does not supply statutory payroll advice or verify species characteristics.
Browser and installed web app
An online connection to the service is required. Installation does not create offline submission support. Native download packages and App Store listings are not included.
Seller, support and final terms
The seller’s identity, business details, tax wording, support contact, retention arrangements and final service terms must be supplied and approved before live sales. No availability guarantee or support response time is advertised in this review version.
