Each additional company has its own subscription. Reaching the photo allowance pauses new uploads without deleting existing photos or adding a charge.
Before you start.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Verify your email to start 14 days with all current features. You only provide payment details when you choose to subscribe.
Is the price per person?
No. The Company plan is A$49 per month or A$490 per year for one company workspace, with unlimited users and projects. Each additional company requires its own subscription.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Use the browser or install the web app on supported devices. An internet connection to the workspace server is required. There is no offline submission queue.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your paid period. You then have 30 days of read-only access and export before the workspace becomes account and billing access only. Records are retained; cancellation does not automatically delete them.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed renewal has a seven-day payment grace period. After that, the workspace is read-only for 30 days. The billing owner can update the payment method and reactivate access.
Is this accounting or payroll software?
This is a site and project operations dashboard. It records configurable labour costs and project expenditure. It does not replace your accounting, payroll or statutory compliance processes.
