Information used by the service
Account information includes your name, email, company details and access permissions. Your company controls the operational records it enters, which can include employee information, project locations, site photographs and costs.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide your workspace, control access, maintain operational history, send account messages and manage subscriptions. Do not upload records you are not authorised to share.
Service providers
Stripe processes subscription payments; card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages. Resend delivers verification, recovery and account emails when configured. The final hosting provider and processing locations will be identified before live customer signup.
Access and retention
Workspace access depends on company membership and project permissions. Cancellation does not automatically delete records. After 30 days of read-only access, account and billing access remains. The owner must publish the final retention and deletion process before live sales.
Cookies
The application uses essential session cookies for sign-in and a device preference for appearance. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
